Gonna give this a go this morning. I don't do package gravy, so we dont have any in the pantry. Im gonna try it with scratch made sausage gravy. Maybe add some hashbrowns?

Decided to forego the hashbrowns. I sweated 1/2 an onion with the sausage and scratch made the gravy.

No idea what its gonna taste like, but it sure is pretty.

I've made this a couple times and it's a great recipe, I'm going to make it again New Years morning and I'm going to throw some potatoes obrian in the mix.
