Creamy Burrito Casserole

I made this the other night and my wife threw out her mexican casserole recipe!!

I added fritos for a crunch !!

I added tortillas for crunch too. It needs crunch. Could use a can of rotel or corn too.

I made it... We made ours with shredded chicken. it was pretty good. I will probably add a can of drained rotel and another can of green chiles...

wife and i tryed it tonight with black refried beans and cilantro.
this stuff is good on corn chips, and is bad ace.
