usually do most with pork butt and that all im doing this year since i can get pork butt for $1.49 per lb. I like Brisket but all the meat markets around me want $5 per lb just for the brisket fat and trimmings. Not paying that.
Tried 'em all. I like beef fat the best. And I like a juicier burger so I mix 25 percent fat to 75 percent venison. Another benefit of the beef over pork or bacon is it keeps in the freezer longer.
