Anyone have any good dove recipes? Other than the usual wrap in bacon and grill. I have several bags of breast fillets from the early season still left, would like to use some up before later season gets here.

Battery, fry, and toss around in a bag of buffalo sauce
Dice each breast into 4 pieces or more. 8 pieces per bird. Pan fry that real quick and dice some mushrooms, black olive and onion and make enchiladas. It help if you shred some of the dove.
Dove Córdoba pasta by Low Fence on TBH recipes is one of the better meals I've ever had
Dove kabobs are great with mushrooms, tomatoes, pineapple, peppers and whatever other veggies you want
Dove with breakfast tacos is good, dove tacos sound good too -
