One tray Ragin' Blaze, the other Chili Powder. We may buy another pumpkin after Halloween so I can get more seeds. Love these things.

you just chew and eat the whole seed

the outer shell is paper thin and when baked the seeds become crunchy

extremely addictive as the seeds from 1 pumpkin will be gone in a night

I prefer my seeds well done

they are great if you do them right. i carved the pumpkin last night, pulled the seeds brushed with some melted butter then add some ground garlic and salt and just a little brown sugar then bake. best recipe yet. i've been munching on them all afternoon at work. they do go better with beer but they frown on that around here.

straight in the oven (bake) and mix them around as necessary to cook evenly

I dont but ive seen people mention it. I rinse the them in the oven for a couple minutes to dry them. Then put olive oil on them.season and back into oven.
