6 pack of beer
3 Large Russett Baking Potato's
1/2 cup of dill relish
1/2 cup of sweet relish
3 eggs boiled, peeled & chopped
1 small jar of HELMANS Real Mayo
Salt and pepper
Grab a beer and read recipe. Next wash potato's then place them in a large plastic freezer bag. With a couple tsp of water, do not zip just fold top over and microwave for 6/8 min. Drink a beer. Let cool. Drink a beer or two. Peel pototos skin will come off easily with just your fingers. Place potato's in a large mixing bowl and chop up with a fork add salt and pepper to taste. Drink a beer and look at mixture in the bowl. Add relish and chopped eggs. Mix together well. Add mayo to your liking along with salt & pepper. Refrigerate. Serve cold - Drink last beer while waiting on potato salad to chill.
