    Cold pack canning?

    Has anyone heard of cold pack canning? I think that's the name of it. You basically put the deer meat in a canning jar with seasonings and either hot water can for 3 hours or pressure can for 45 minutes. It's amazing and we love to can our deer meat. We use onion, salt, pepper and beef bullion cubes. Does anyone else have any other canning recipes for deer?
