    Simple Hog Recipe Please

Whats a simple way to grill some pig meat at the deer camp. Not smoke it just grill it on a propane grill. What are some good seasonings to use or some good marinades?

        This works for me

        1 1/2 cup brown sugar
        1/2 cup mustard (any type)
        1/4 cup FINELY CHOPPED pecans

        Mix this all together
Lay a hog hindquarter, foresholder, or just ham on HEAVY DUTY aluminum foil
Smear the mixture all over the meat, turn over & smear on other side.
Wrap foil around meat & try to seal the ends to make it air tight
Cook at 250 degrees (+/-) for about 3 hours.
If you want the brown sugar mixture to be kind of carmelized, open foil & let steam out for last 5+ minutes of cooking.

If bones don't pull out of meat easily, it needs more cooking time.

        Kill 'em & Cook 'Em!!!!

Should I place the meat on a rack suspended inside the grill or just sit it on the standard cooking surface? If that makes sense

I'm a big fan of bacon wrapped, boudin stuffed, pork loin.

butterfly the loin, spread out spicy boudin, wrap, and then wrap in bacon and grill.
