Ran out of Bacon

Did some bacon wrapped Axis Round Steak and ran out of Bacon, so decided some kabobs couldn't be too bad. All I had was some bell peppers and my son came up with the idea of putting some pepper jack cheese on top. It turned out great. I marinated the meat in some teriyaki for about an hour before grilling and it's always a good sign when the kids are excited when the food is ready.
