I am looking for some goat sausage. There is a meat market in Brady that sells it, but I dont ever get in that area anymore. I travel I35 alot from Oklahoma to South Texas. Any place along the way?

Know an older gentleman that processes deer for a few people because he likes to do it. He has been letting me come over and learn how he does things.
He asked me one time if I had ever heard of goat sausage, said he wondered what it was like. I told him no and he has been looking for some goats to process.
Have to tell him there is some available
