Here are the ingredients:
-limes
-lemon pepper
-salt and pepper
Use those three for the fish. Grill the fish until completely cooked (yes this civeche recipe has cooked fish).
Then chop up the following:
-red tomatoes
-cilantro
-carrots
Then serve on a corn tostada with Valintina hot aside and a slice of cucumber and slices of avocado with the fish on the tostada.
It's sooo good!!!!

Here is a close up of the civeche. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of the civeche on the tostada, but I did eat them.

Also, the food in the aluminum pan was a beer can chicken I did as well. Too much food for tonight, but leftovers all week!

Ceviche is the best summertime beer drinking food there is. I like mine with crustaceans as well.

Oh, also, we chop up red onion. I forgot to add that in the recipe earlier.
