That's a great deal. I hear ya. Sometimes I'll cookem without sauce. A buddy said HEB had prime briskets marked down yesterday but I didn't get a chance to go by and get one.

I'm not big on the sauce either if I'm the cook. Higher risk for me to burn. OUr favorite is a 24 hour dry-rub with brown sugar carmelized over it before cooking.
