Cooking up some axis backstrap tomorrow or the next day. Whats yall's favorite way to cook it up? Thanks

Slow cooked in a crockpot kind of like you would do pulled pork to make sandwiches. I like to slow cook it with some chipotle peppers to give it a kick

I typically chicken fry it but that's if I don't have time to grill it

Slice thin n grill med rare

grill over high heat to medium rare, wrap in bacon if you desire

I grilled them to medium rare yesterday. So good. I can't wait to cook some more lol
