2 lbs crawfish tales,with fat
1/4 cup celery
1/2 c.chopped onions
garlic powder to taste
1tsp. tomato paste
1/2 can whole or diced up tomatos add more whatever looks good
1/2 can tomato sauce or more if it needs more liquid
1/2 cup water
stick of butter like land of lakes it is better
1/4 wesson oill
1/4 bell pepper
salt pepper
hint of paprika
1 tablespoon of flour

all give take what is lookin good to you
heat butter and oil in skillet. add onions, bell pepper, and celery and saute 15 to 20 min. sometimes i will use fresh garlic instead of powder.
add salt pepper and garlic powder and paprika and ragin blaze and stir for ten mins.
add your flour and tomato paste. mix it well cook about 15 to 20 mins stirring it, if it is getting too pasty, then i will go ahead and add water sooner.
add water, tomato sauce and whole or diced tomatos, bring to boil, simmering about 20 mins.
add crawfish, season more if needed and cook about 15 mins..
Pour it into a pie shell and cover it with another pie shell.
bake at 350 until it is brown
