Have to say Susan thought it looked great and I will let you know...may be a few days until things settle down and we can make it!

    Thanks.......
    Man sorry to hear that!

Chicken strip chopped up. Cook a box of stuffing and mix in the chicken strips. Put in casserole dish. Top with jar of picante sauce then with shredded cheese. Cook in oven until cheese is melted.

Baked chicken thighs and vegs-Quick and easy! 30 minutes...

Preheat oven to 425. Arrange 6 boneless chicken thighs in an oven dish. Apply olive oil and season. Pile on cut tomatos, orange, yellow, red bell pepper(I like the mini peppers from Kroger), onion, squash and any other veggie you like. Drizzle more olive oil and seasonings. I like salt pepper onion powder and garlic powder. Cook uncovered for 22-26 minutes. Eat hot! Serve in bowls-the olive oil and water from the veggies makes a nice soup. Sometimes I eat with brown rice.

This is a low fat, low glycemic index fast meal. Has helped me lose 11 lbs eating about 3 times per week.

                          Any EASY bachelor casserole recipes?

Dont know if these were added but here you go:

                          Chicken and Rice
2# raw chicken breast cut up to bite size
                          One can mushroom soup
                          One can onion soup
                          One cup of rice
                          One cup of water
                          Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all that up, cover with foil and bake at 225 for 2 hours

This one here is a good easy side to any meal

                          Green Bean Casserole
                          3 cans of green beans
                          1 can cream of mushroom
Lilltle bit of milk to mix in
                          3 thin slices of velveeta
                          Salt and pepper to taste
Bake at say 350 until cheese melts
Take out and mix up the cheese and everything
Top with a big can of french fried onions
Put back in oven until onions turn a light brown

Made both those last night with a side of cheesy brocolli and it was all good!

Not a casserole but easy and in a crockpot- any link sausage cut up, Half a cabbage cut up, 1 cup milk, half pack ranch dry dressing, 4 cups water, half an onion, mix all together and put on low 4 hours. Real good. Add cornbread if u want it.

Try cut up potato, broccoli and cauliflower in a casserole dish, then top with deer sausage links cut into slices and add some butter and seasoning. Cover with foil and cook in oven until potatoes are done. Add cheese and salsa if you want but it is good and I don't even like cauliflower.
