    Mango Salsa Recipe?

    Anybody have a good one?

    Going to blacken some tilapia later

    We made some using Emeril Lagasse's recipe on food network.

        I mix mine to my liking, but it's basicly a chopped up mango, about 1/4 cup chopped red onion, a chopped jalepeno, seeded if you don't wan it too hot, juice from a lime, chopped cilantro to taste, salt anb pepper. Mix it all up and let chill for an hour or two before serving. I also do this with fresh or canned pineapple. Goes great with blackened fish.

          You might try Scotty's recipe and add in some mango...

                    On a diet now so I will skip the commercial stuff but will make a mental note to try some of Mrs Renfro's when I get off of it

                    Pretty much just added stuff until it looked right.
                    Mango, red onion, a little diced red pepper, cilantro and the juice out of a lime. Did not turn out bad for first attempt

                      This but I add diced red bell pepper also.
