Not really a real marinade, I just put old bay seasoning and will cook it on some foil with butter on the charcoal grill.

Just put the redfish on and the deer sausage is almost done. The redfish and deer sausage (cut up) will be the appetizer.

Well everything turned out pretty well. Only think I'll do next time is nt use the pecan wood for the redfish. It was overpowering and we couldn't taste the fish or seasoning on it real well. The fried fish and shrimp were awesome!
