I need a recommendation for a reliable meat thermometer.
Preferably one that you can leave in the meat and it displays temps outside the oven. It doesn't have to be programable but just displays temperature.
I don't need a "stab and read" type thermometer. I've got a good one of those units but I need one that can be left in the meat.
