Need a good home cooked meal tonight. Making my favorite. Venison Roll ups. But I have to skip the Jalapenos tonight. But here we go..

Two packages of Back Strap. Butterflyed. Meat tenderizer and pounded out thin.

1 Package of Bacon cut into 3rds.
1 Box of Tooth Picks
1 Can of Jalapenos
1 package of Mozzarella sticks.

Cut the cheese and jalapenos into small pieces.
After you pound out the venison sprinkle it with Meat tenderizer and Fajita seasoning

assemble. Piece of cheese and a jalapeno in the middle. Wrapped with bacon and tooth picks to hold together.
