    Couldn't ask for better weather to smoke some ribs.

      Those look great! I have a rack of St. Louis cut ribs on my smoker right now. Chicken and sausage go on here in about a hour or so.

                    Haa the ribs just went in the foil part of the 3-2-1 method. Maybe later! I don't know that they will looks as good as the OP ribs

                        Baby back ribs!

                        I went with the 3-2-1 as well. With baby backs being leaner they an get dry quick so Once I unwrap and sauce I give them just long enough to glaze and pull them off and rest. Yea probably not too many more days like this one before the heat comes on. Appreciate the comments!
