Wild Game Marinade Suggestions

Ok, disregard my previous post for "Old venison, Black Buck."

Simple question: What are your ideas for "reducing or taking away" gamey taste?

I need to cook before it DOES get freezer burn...Thanks TBH

Cut into thin strips and brine. Wash with water and brine it again.
Place in a bag and put in almost anything like Salad Dressing - Milk - BBQ sauce - Alegro spicy {my favorite}
Cook and serve with a dipping sauce. We have fed wild geese to tree huggers.
