Some other uses for canned chopped green chilis

I use them in lots of recipes but what are some of your offbeat uses for green chilis?

Two of my favorites are grilled cheese sandwiches with green chilis inside and scrambled eggs with green chilis. Both of those are unbelievably good.

    Baked Cream Cheese Corn

For each 2 cans of corn, use 1 packet of cream cheese, one small can green chilies, 1/2 stick butter, mix well, put in a container and bake at 350 for 12 minutes, add some bread crumbs on top if you want it to be fancy. Jalapenos are good in it too.

Is this cream corn or kernels?

Went to New Mexico two weeks ago and they had them in stew and even on pizza. Both were very good.

An easy appetizer I make is as follows:

Spread cream cheese on a flour tortilla.
Spread green chilis on the cream cheese.
                  Roll up the tortilla.

Refrigerate the rolls for a couple hours.

Cut the rolls into 1 inch sections. Served chilled on a platter with a choice of hot sauces to drip on them.

Steam some yellow squash then mash, add a can of green chilis, and velveeta. Its actually a really good side dish.
