I've cooked it for people that have told me they can't stand salmon and let them try some. After the first taste they want the recipe.

We use a jar of pesto on top. Slight hint of cedar. Just enough.

I like doing this but soak my planks in a red wine
Usually the cheapest Pinot Noir I can find
I also lightly coat the top with ground pecan
Love me some plank salmon
