For the Super Bowl I smoked a brisket and a venison shoulder. Attached is a pic of the venison. The pic makes it look dry, but I took the pic after about an hour after slicing. It was delicious. The non venison eaters loved it too.
Did anyone else include venison on the Super Bowl menu? If so, how did you prepare it?
