    Rattlesnake Bites

Saw this recipe on the news (Texas Roadhouse was demo'ing how to make them) this morning and wrote it all down. Definitely thinking about doing this for Superbowl Sunday.

    RATTLESNAKE BITES

    chopped red bell pepper
    chopped jalapenos
    shredded jack cheese

Ball up those 3 ingredients. Refrigerate overnight in large ball form.

Next day: form that into many little small bite size round forms
Dip into wet mix (milk, salt, pepper, parmesean cheese), roll around in dry mix (bread crumbs)
Then fry up at 340 degrees for 1-1/2 minutes.

That sounds great! Even though I opened this expecting to see someone that was bitten by a snake.

Now that sounds great, especially with the addition of pan sausage and bisquit mix. I'll have to try this one real soon
