    Burger from hell

    Simple and delicious!

I just bought pre made hamburger patties
    2 fresh jalapeƱos
    1 bottle habanero sauce
    Cajun seasoning
    Salt
    Pepper

I cooked this on the electric griddle since I live in an apartment and can't have a grill. Season the pattie with salt pepper and Cajun seasoning. I cook to a medium rare/medium right before it's done cover with the thinly sliced jalapeƱos. Cover the peppers liberally with the habanero sauce, and I steamed them by covering with a pan. Then I cooked for maybe 2 more minutes, then cover the burger in shredded cheese till it melts. Serve on a toasted bun and enjoy!

Sounds like a tame version of the ghost burger.

Hot peppers are like a bad decision
They seem good at the time but burn your butt the next day.

I like peppers and bad decisions so let's see some pics.
