Myth Busted! - Rams are delicious to eat!!

I always heard they are bad to eat, but I was cleaning one (for someone else) a couple years ago and thought to myself that the meat looked lean and amazingly like deer meat, so I tried it. It is as good any other wild game. I bet the majority of people saying it is bad have never tried it, they just listen to everyone else saying that. Reminds of "lets get mikey to try it, he hates everything!!" But I have had the random deer or hog that was bad too, so maybe some are bad....

This looks amazing. I hate deboning shoulders. I think I will just start cooking all wild game shoulders this way.
