    Tenderloin Stir Fry

    This turned out great!

    1 Venison Tenderloin sliced thinly
1 Whole white onion - sliced
    1 Bell Pepper - sliced
    3 Lg Mushrooms - sliced
    1 Clove Garlic - chopped
    2 Whole jalapenos - sliced (de-seeded)
    1/2 Lime

Tenderloin goes into skillet on med-high, squeeze lime into skillet with tenderloin and cook for 2-3 mins.

Add all vegetables to already cooking meat and stir fry to desired moistness of vegetables.

Really come out great, onions had a bit of sweetness, jalps added a bit a heat and lime added a hint of citrus to the tenderloin.

Will do this again with my other Tenderloin!!

Try a couple squirts of Sriracha sauce in your stir fry while cooking it.

This is a good basic stir fry that you can tweak to taste.

You can add such things in any combination such as chili sauce, a tiny bit of roasted sesame seed oil, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger, garlic, sugar, molasses, etc. for an easy sauce in the same recipe.

My wife is Korean and she usually uses crushed red (kimchi) pepper, crushed garlic, a bit of ginger and sesame seed oil roughly the same way as the OP. It is all good including the original by TXH3R.
