      Here's mine-

      Ingredients:
      4# meat
      1-onion (I always use yellow)
      2-cloves garlic
1-3 - jalapeno/serrano (peppers are optional if you want to add some spice)
1/2 -303 can of tomato juice (stay away from v8, it has sugar in it)
      1-small can tomato sauce
      Little worcestershire
      4 oz ketchup
      1-2 bell peppers
1/2 bottle of chili powder (season to taste with this, too much will ruin it)
      1-303 can sliced/diced tomatoes
      1/2 tbsp cumin powder
      1/2 tbsp paprika
      Salt and pepper to taste

      How to Cook:
      Brown the meat first
Drain the grease if you want, I use it if there isn't too much
Add all the fresh ingredients ie.: onion, bell pepper, garlic (jalapeno if used) and cook for about 20 minutes
Add seasonings (season to taste with the chili powder as noted) and cook for about another 20 minutes
Add remaining ingredients and cook for 2-2.5 hours.

After that, get some cornbread or crackers and go to town on it! Or it makes one MEAN frito pie! Haven't tried it on chili dogs yet, but I sure want to!

This is amazing. I made a pot yesterday. Truly some of the best I've ever had, and I consider myself a chili snob.

I made this tonight with venison and pork from a pig I killed recently.

It is my new go to recipe. Winner.

Made this tonight using Oryx I had in the freezer. Absolutely awesome and makes me regret not breaking into my Blaze Chili Mix sooner.

No finished pictures, I was too hungry.....
