Cooking shark steaks?
10-08-2013, 12:02 PM
I'm looking for suggestions or experiences cooking shark steaks.
Seasoning?
Method of cooking?
Time of cook?
Anything else?

Here is you a simple one ;
brush the steaks with olive oil
sprinkle with Ragin Blaze
drizzle with honey
Grill over med-high heat 3-5 minutes each side or until it flakes. Easy but good

Marinate in olive oil and white wine, sprinkle with salt and pepper, grill until white and flaky.

Well I marinated it in garlic, lemon juice, orange juice, and barnacle dust! They turned out pretty well!

I had never had shark until the in-laws gave me some. Olive oil and some lemon pepper and a little cajun seasoning and grilled it. Very firm and tasted great, one of my new favs. Need to go catch me some shark!

I've tried 2 or 3 different ways and can't find a bad way to cook them
