Dove heart and gizzards?

Does it taste like chicken? Yes, even just salt & pepper, them are good eating.

Ok we tried our own recipe today. Turned out great!
We called it Innard stew.

We cleaned the gizzards and threw them in some foil with the hearts. Added a spot of oil, a spoon of butter, diced jalapeño, diced bacon, worstershire sauce, garlic powder, and some chicken express serendipity seasoning. Man was it good!
