I just had some of the best Hog backstrap ever. Took a package of McCormick Wine and Herb dry mix and added water and olive oile. OMG....the best I ever had in a while. Grilled it on my George Foreman Grill and fried some eggs over easy and home made hashbrown.
I cooked the meat med - rare and it was so great. May have to do the other meat for lunch.
