    Crawfish Cornbread

    Made this last night. It turned out great.

    2 lbs of crawfish tails
    4 cups of cream of corn
    Sliced jalapeño
    4 packets of sweet cornbread
    1 pound of cheese
    1 bell pepper chopped
    1 stalk of celery chopped
    1 onion chopped
    Ragin blaze to taste
    Butter

    Melted butter sautéed 1/2 onion, bell pepper, and celery in pan. Added crawfish when vegetables were soft. Mix cornbread mix, then add all ingredients to cornbread then pour in cast iron skillet and bake till cornbread is ready.
