    First Brisket

    This was my First Brisket that I have smoked.

    Marinade:
    6 pack of Guiness
    Red, Yellow, Green and Orange bell peppers
    4 tbls spoons of Brown sugar
    2 tbl spoons soy sauce
    2tbl spoons worchestershire sauce
    1tbl spoon salt
    1tbls pepper.

    Injected marinade into the meat with injecter needle. Hindsight should have done this right before it went on grill. Rubbed brown sugar on nonfat side of the briskte for coating.
    Marinaded from 1800-0000 flipped at 0000 until 0800 when it went on the smoker. Smoked it from 0800 until 2000. keept temp of smoker around 250-300. Reached 180 on the smoker, but wanted to smoke it for about 2 more hrs.

            Looks great. When cutting next time split the brisket and cut the 2 pcs separately

                After splitting, throw the tip back on for some extra smokage
