    Garlic Goo

    Great appetizer. Put a couple of bulbs of garlic on the grill for about 20 minutes, (depending on the heat). Garlic should be fairly gooey, but still intact. Remove the bulb and squirts contents into a bowl, be careful it is hot!

    Add a pinch of kosher salt and some balsamic vinegar. Dip into it with either good french or ciabatta bread. Good stuff!!!

        Sorry, but I forgot an ingredient! Olive oil. Add enough to make to make it soupy
