    Need Cowboy Bean Recipe

My wife is looking for a good cowboy bean recipe. Did a search and found one, but she wants to get some ideas on some more. Let me know what you got.

    Thanks,
    Spencer

Buy a can of ranch style beans. Heat. Serve. Add some Rudy's BBQ sause to them once they are on the plate and mix.

Probably not what you were looking for but it's what I like!

I'm going to try those. How hot are they?

They are the best, I split the peppers and threw the seeds out. No heat, just goodness.

These are dang good beans and only get better with time and throwin in what is leftover around camp

                    1 large onion-chop it fine
2-3 gloves of garlic-chopped fine or one small jar of chopped garlic

Sautee in salted butter or olive oil until translucent. Prefer butter

Add one can of rotel, spicy or regular, your choice, drain first but don't wash. Sautee until it looks good

Add beans- drain and wash first
                    1 can black beans
                    1 can kidney beans
                    1 can pinto beans
                    1 can navy beans

Add 2 cans of ranch style beans- don't drain or wash

Season to taste. Add water as needed.
