Favorite Breakfast Taco?

What is your favorite breakfast taco? My three favorites are 1. beef fajita egg & cheese, 2. chorizo egg & cheese and 3. I call it the Texan: steak, jalepano ranch style beans, egg, and cheese(it will make you slap most guys that work in a taco truck!). Below is a beef fajita one I made this morning

Potatoe, egg, bean, cheese or chorizo, egg, bean, and cheese. Both with a ton of hot sauce.

Sautee Chorizo Potatoe Pico add egg and monterray jack. wrap in tortilla.....Mmmmmmmmmmm

Chorizo and refried bean base goes on all my tacos as well as potatoes, pico hot sauce and cheese but then add choriso and egg or fajita and egg if I have it at home.

Breakfast tacos should be a food group
With sour cream, cheese and Clint's medium or tapatio

One giant burrito with Eggs, Cheese, Sausage, Bacon, Beans and Potatoes. Called the Elephante. Served in Waco at Lolitas.

I like a potluck breakfast taco made from all the BBQ leftovers from the night before.

Brisket, Ribeye steak, Deer/Pork sausage, Sweetbreads, etc. ,all chopped up and thrown in with some scrambled eggs and served on a REX tortilla made in Zapata, along with some hot pico !!
