    Slice it, trim off the white stuff...Chicken fry! My favorite piece of venison!

      Chop into small pieces, flour lightly, fry with minimum oil. De-glase with broth or water with meat still in skillet and simmer to form a nice gravy. Add some onions, mushrooms (if desired), chopped potatoes to thicken gravy, season to taste and spoon over plate of rice. Good eats for sure!

        Cooked one up yesterday- tenderized, salt, pepper, worsectishire. Medium rare on the grill. It was incredibly delicious.
