Supposed to rain all weekend here so we thawed some good ole Texas Wild Pig, ground and seasoned it. 12 bags ready to hit the foodsaver vacuum sealer and then into the freezer. Well, except for one bag for breakfast tomorrow. I used pre mixed seasoning from the store but if anyone has any home brewed recipe's for, Italian sausage or breakfast sausage.. post them here, I'll try them on the next batch.
