    hey guys my brother shot a 95 lbs hog have any good recipees.

    Hog that size you could split or quarter it. Salt, pepper, garlic powder. indirect heat for 3-4 hours. Then wrap it in tinfoil with Italian dressing to finish it off. Mighty fine eats!

      Smoke for 3 hours, wrap and cook the same for 2-3 hours. Season with brisket rub, pepper, season all. It shouldn't take long and it will be gone. I've made some that never made it off the pit in hunting camp.

        You could also stuff it with some garlic, onions, and bell pepper and some dry rub and slow smoke it. It is a really great way to do it
