A buddy shared this recipe with me a couple years ago. It's been a favorite at our house ever since. One large can of pineapple chunks and a half bottle of soy sauce. Marinade overnight. Delicious!
tryed this on the grill with pecan wood and will be doiing it again. Also used as a base for my ground veison/porkbutt added some cayenne, onion, garlic, white/black pepper, and chili powder in the slowcooker for lettuce wrap stuffing
