    Venison Fajita Marinade

    A buddy shared this recipe with me a couple years ago. It's been a favorite at our house ever since. One large can of pineapple chunks and a half bottle of soy sauce. Marinade overnight. Delicious!

                    Two packages of round steaks.....can of pineapple and a bottle of soy!

                    This pan has been eatin on by 8 and everyone thinks it is awesome!

                          We used a whole bottle of soy and I think it was too much. Next time only a half bottle.

                          My wife and daughter arent big fans of venison and they loved the fajitas. Just don't over cook it.

                              tryed this on the grill with pecan wood and will be doiing it again. Also used as a base for my ground veison/porkbutt added some cayenne, onion, garlic, white/black pepper, and chili powder in the slowcooker for lettuce wrap stuffing
