        I just ate now Im starving again. I know what recipe I'll be trying with a backstrap from a red stag I'm gonna hunt in a few weeks. Thanx!!

            Maybe somone already said this, but this looks like it would be great using duck breast also. In fact, I think my old shoes would be just as good with this one!

                              Place jalapeno in meat and wrap with maple flavored bacon. Put on grill and about half way through drizzle or baste with maple syrup. You can also substitutte dove breasts for the backstrap and is where this recipe got it's start....Enjoy!
