Bacon cream cheese and Jalapeño!

Ok you cant go wrong with bacon cream cheese and jalapeño so whose got some great recipe tht involve the top ingredients? Post pics, recipes, instructions, or whatever you can to help out. I tried to upload some pics of some doves and some shrimped i wrapped up but it wouldn't let me? Cant wait to see what great ideas and recipes everyone has.

here is one I prepared for a trip to Illinois this year, take a backstrap and butterfly the entire length of it
chop up jalepenos and onions, mix them together
take the cream cheese and spread it on the back strap then add the jalepeno and onion mix on top of the cream cheese,
roll the back strap up and wrap it in bacon,
get the grill going and cook it on the grill for about 40 minutes or so until done
very tasty
I did this with wild pig back straps
yes that is pork backstrap wrapped in bacon gotta love it

Split chicken breast fill with cream cheese and jalapeño wrap completely with bacon

Mix the cream cheese and boudin and stuff the jalopinos , then wrap with bacon and throw on the grill

for a sweet kick get a jar of candied jalapenos and chop them and add some of the juice

I've done 2 cooks recently that qualify.
1st was a backstap stuffed with cream cheese, and jalepeno with some spices and wraped in bacon.
2nd was just good ole poppers - sliced jalepeno, cut backstap, creme cheese wrapped in bacon.

Instead of the cream cheese, use peanut butter. I turned my nose up the first time, then tried them and was very impressed.

i do the same but top with rasberry chipolte sauce. i do not use bbq sauce at all since i discovered the rasberry chipolte sauce (i get it at United in the marinade section)
