Just like the title says.
I have a ton of duck and goose meat and I want to make some jerky.
Also I will be using a dehydrator

High Mountain Seasonings makes great Jerky seasonings. you can pick them up at Academy, Cabelas, or Bass Pro.

Allegro hickory marinade....2 bottles ($2.49 each) per 8-10 lbs of jerky....and you can certainly use more. Curt duck breast into 1/8' thick strips.
Let sit for 12-24 hours covered in fridge....the longer the better.
Sprinkle with restaurant grade black pepper and crushed red pepper to taste while on the dehydrator trays. Dehydrate till done per your dehydrator.
Here is some deer but I do duck the same way.
