Glad this got brought back up. do you just use enough rub to cover the entire bstrap? understand don't do equal parts salt... also anyone try it without wrapping bacon?
Don't get me wrong I like wrapping with bacon just some times don't want to spend the time and like to have a bit of crust on the bstrap.
