Well I finally made it. This will become a main course. Very good and very simple.

These days I do 2 cans onion and 2 cans celery. More juice the better. I'll drink that stuff.
2 pounds meat works well for that.

I'll eat it all day, every day over rice. Creamy, meaty delicious goodness.

Made the recipe tonight with some moose stew meat.

Wish I would’ve put some more meat in there as all that’s left is carrots and potatoes.

                        super good. Super easy

1 - 1.5 lbs meat cut in smallish 1/2" cubes (venison, wild hog, beef, doves)
1 can of Campbells french onion soup
1 can of Campbells cream of celery soup
                          Black pepper

Combine in crockpot and cook low all day. Serve over rice or pasta.
I made this today with ground Axis and 2 strips of bacon. I used dry onion soup mix. I had celery soup in stock. It smells good! It wasn’t think enough for my taste so I added a can of black beans. I’ll smash em till I’m tired to thicken the broth. Thanks for the twist!
