    Chicken Noodle Soup

This is my own twist on chicken noodle soup. It's easy and good.
When I've got a house full of sick kids and a sick wife this is what I make for them.

    Ingredients:
-whole rotisserie chicken from the store
-2 cups of wide egg noodles
    -3 large carrots finely chopped
-3 large celery stalks finely chopped
    -1 medium onion finely chopped
    -pinch of fresh thyme
    -2 qts chicken stock
-1 (14oz) can of vegetable stock
    -1/2 tsp white pepper
    -1/2 tsp tummeric
    -1/2 tsp lemmon pepper
    -1 tsp granulated garlic
    -1 tsp ground sage

    step 1:
    everybody in the pool
(add a little water if the chicken is not submerged until it is covered)
bring to a boil for 15 minutes
    remove chicken and set aside
    reduce heat

    step 2:
allow chicken to cool (approx 15 minutes)
remove all meat and discard bones
cube meat and add back to pot
add egg noodles and bring up to boil for a few minutes to cook noodles
remove from heat and allow soup to thicken

    serve and enjoy

my wife says it might be too much for sensitive little tummies (the kids)

"too much chicken, too thick, too much noodle, and not enough broth!"

SOOOOO, add water to increase broth if you have kids with the stomach bug
