I know someone on here know how to make them or can find me a post that has but im looki g to make some deer balls for tomorrow texas/ou game and would like to see how y'all make them. I've got an idea on it but looking for more suggestions. Thanks!

I'm not sure about buck "oysters"... I like calf fries, but they are 'harvested' before the animal reaches sexual maturity. I'd think that a mature animal would be ... em... kind of gamey tasting.

Calf fries are only eaten because they have no production of semen. That's a new one to me if you really like the taste of semen then go right ahead but I can't imagine that tasting well.
