    Blazed Chilli

    Here is how I make chilli, or meat soup as my son calls it, using brother Blakes Chilli Mix.
    First the cast of characters;
    2lb venison chilli meat
    1lb ground burger
    1 yellow onion
    1 Ragin Blaze chilli mix
    1 29oz can tomato sauce
    1 19oz can enchilada sauce
    1 can chilli beans
    1 or 2 beers 12 oz(used two instead of water)
    Season with to taste using: Cayenne pepper, Blaze, Garlic powder, Oragino,
    black pepper, cavenders, cummin,crushed red pepper flakes.

    Next chop onion fine add to pot and saute using olive oil. (accidently added a tablespoon of bacon drippings hate it when that happens)
    Let onions cook till they start getting translucent then add meat and brown.
    I usually start adding seasonings at this point.
