    Crock pot chuck roast

    What you'll need:

1 large crockpot, a knife, cutting board.
1 large unfrozen beef chuck roast
    1 onion
    2-3 cloves of garlic
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 T EVOO (Vegetable oil works too)

    What you do:

Wash your meat & place in crockpot
Chop up onion and garlic cloves, place in crockpot.
(I cut small holes in the meat and shove the garlic in them but you don't have to.)

Add your sauces and top with the oil.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

It will melt in your mouth.

    Few tips from me:
Be sure not to add any salt, the soy sauce will add enough. Pepper is optional though.

I'm debating on adding some vegetables (potatoes, carrots, celery etc) after lunch, or if I want to shred the meat and make sandwiches. It'll be good either way!

    Happy cooking! (:
